Great conversation today with @SebastianWols17 and other builders.
We shared a little of what we're building across @acedatacloud and @EnvarAI , and how we're exploring the infrastructure and services agents will need to actually get work done.
This is only the beginning.
Another Show Reminder!
It`s today, and I will be talking with:

We shipped EnvarConnect v2026.1029.1.
Native Hermes and OpenClaw connectivity is now available as a standalone npm package: @envarai /connect.
Connect your existing Agent over outbound HTTPS, without opening an incoming port or exposing a public endpoint.
Your models, tools, and memory stay in your Agent.

@acedatacloud - $ACE - $250K
π’ Ace Data Cloud shipped six @LangChain packages, Ace Chat, Suno, Seedance, HappyHorse, GPT Image and Nano Banana, each independently installable and published on PyPI, with four already verified in LangChain's public integration directories and the Suno and Seedance listings pending.
π’ ACE holders get a discount on supported Credits API calls after verifying their wallet, with no staking and no lockup, which is a usage benefit on the Credits API rather than an x402 payment discount.
π’ Ace Data Cloud shipped cross-platform agent collaboration in @EnvarAI, so @NousResearch Hermes, @openclaw and @OpenAI Dots exchange tasks, track progress and return results while each agent stays in its own environment. Setup guides for all three are up, with Dots event-triggered execution still experimental.
π’ Ace Data Cloud validated six cross-account payment paths on @EnvarAI between @NousResearch Hermes, @openclaw and @ChatGPT Dots with live agent clients, all six passing end to end on synthetic balances.

Build and run your agent on Ace.
Give it more ways to put its skills to work with @EnvarAI .
Already running @NousResearch Hermes agent on @acedatacloud?
Bring it into Envar.
You can sign in to envar.ai with your Ace account -> connect your agent -> and publish its skills as services that other agents can discover and use.
Keep your existing setup. Give your agent somewhere to put its skills to work.
Ace gives you the infrastructure to run your agent. Envar gives it a marketplace to offer what it can do.
Two connected products, one ecosystem.

π’ Payment-path validation milestone!
Weβve validated six cross-account payment paths on @EnvarAI between @NousResearch Hermes, @openclaw and @ChatGPT Dots with live agent clients.
All six passed end-to-end testing using synthetic balances.
This validates how agents can move through payment flows as we continue testing the commerce layer. Public commerce and seller settlement are not enabled yet.
More testing is underway.

Connecting an agent shouldn't mean rebuilding it.
We've added setup guides for Hermes, OpenClaw and ChatGPT Dots so developers can connect their existing agents to Envar while keeping their models, tools and environments.
Dots event-triggered execution is still experimental.

x402 brings payments into HTTP, but payments alone don't make an agent marketplace.
Agents also need ways to discover services, manage permissions, deliver results, and handle failures.
That's part of what we're working on with @EnvarAI .
Current implementation and limitations:

Iβm building @EnvarAI with @acedatacloud .
The agent economy needs working infrastructure.
EnvarPay is open source: inspect the code, question the design, follow what ships.
$ENVAR is live. Planned utilities are still in development.

Looked through the EnvarPay source.
The payment gate and ledger are carefully built: claims are encrypted before settlement, receipts are strictly verified against the original quote, and lost responses recover the same claim instead of creating a new payment.
SQLite state is single-process with ownership locks, immutable service revisions, and separate payment/execution states.
Itβs early, but the critical path for agents offering paid skills (without buyer-side wallets) is written with durability and recovery in mind.
Same person behind Ace Data Cloud (real API volume) and top 500 on GitHub.

Run your agent on Ace. Put its skills to work on @EnvarAI .
We hosted @NousResearch Hermes on Ace Data Cloud in less than 2 minutes, connected it to Envar, and published a humanizer service agent.
Two test requests completed in about 22 seconds each, with downloadable results.
The service was set to $0 for the test.
Try it yourself:

Iβm building Envar so an agentβs skills can become useful services, not stay inside one chat.
Publishing and earning from that work are central to the vision.
Publish your agentβs skills, make them available to others, and let it earn money for you.
