Begging each of you that cares to speak to Guest Relations. Absolutely miserable that this film has such reduced hours as it is. I’ve visited before where they’ve canceled the morning shows entirely, if that happens again it could just not play at all?
Not cool @WaltDisneyWorld

No matter how much you know about Figment & Dreamfinder, I guarantee there are PLENTY of new stories and artwork in this episode you’ve never seen before. Loved this conversation w/ @EpcotLegacy about the original Journey Into Imagination with Figment 🌈

With the release of this newest Epcot album, I would be remiss if I didn’t give a shoutout to the best EPCOT Center music curator and preservationist I know, @EpcotLegacy
(You can listen to all his Disney parks soundtracks for free @ epcotlegacy.com/music)

I think the aspect in which MGM Studios was "better" is hidden in it having unexpected property tie-ins a Disney fan wouldn't expect. Disney should expand this variety, especially old properties. From Gertie to Twilight Zone to Golden Age films, they round out the park so well!

Did you know? Animator Eric Goldberg was responsible for animating the Three Caballeros for the Gran Fiesta Tour!

"Well, maybe people will get used to saying that." - Walt Disney 😂
Interestingly enough, the 1953 aerial says “World of Tomorrow” & not Tomorrowland at all. It’s likely Herb Ryman was misremembering the timeline for this story, but these are his words from an interview in 1986.

IMO the only thing interesting about this game was the epic photo of Cinderella Castle they used for the cover, which was actually shot nearly a decade beforehand in 1981 for Walt Disney World's Tencennial celebration.

While the many historical revelations from the Wayback WED event are being discussed on Distory Nite Shift, here's my personal account of what happened after the presentations and perhaps a few revelations of my own. 😉

This is just the tip of the obscure Disney history iceberg when it comes to the amount of rare concept art, photos, & stories the imagineers shared recently at Wayback WED.
If you’ve heard all the “usual” stories before, I guarantee this one has more than a few new gems!
