TL;DR 8 Realities of a Coach
1️⃣ It will consume you
2️⃣ There will always be critics
3️⃣ You’re not in it for the money
4️⃣ There is no overnight success
5️⃣ You need a supportive spouse
6️⃣ You won’t make everyone happy
7️⃣ You can’t want it more than the kids
8️⃣ It’s still worth it

Man the jokes write themselves 🤣🤣🤣 Biden says it “you say that at any other job you’re fired.” Trump says it “he’s messed up that’s all” unserious people.
MUST-WATCH: @joerogan says people regret voting for Biden and labels him mentally incompetent for talking about “airports during the revolutionary war” — then fact-checks himself… and slowly realizes TRUMP SAID IT. Whoopsy!🤦🏻♂️

Coaching requires holding your most talented players accountable when their actions negatively affect the team.
In preparation for the 2008 Olympics, Kobe Bryant, the Captain of the USA Basketball Team, started to play in a manner that was hurting the group.
LeBron James and Dwayne Wade looked at their Head Coach, Coach K, and asked him what he would do about it.
Coach K said, “I’ll take care of it.”
He didn’t want to confront the legendary superstar, but he knew it was necessary.
This is how he handled it…
