We need to address the lack of accountability when it comes to some realtors taking keys during showings, failing to return them, and then having those keys go missing. It’s unacceptable for agents to be unresponsive for days afterward, There needs to be a better system in place
Selling out builders inventory. If anyone is interested in units in Etobicoke, I have many floor plans 2017 pricing.
Received many offers in the last few months from different agents and I noticed that not ONE person called. Everything has been via text, some offers apparently were sent to me but I didn’t receive. Pick up the phone and call.
Condo market isn’t looking good and will continue not to look good… if you’re getting an offer .. and you’re in negotiations.. take it. I’ve had 3 clients that didn’t take anything due to wanting their own sale price.
