OL Gavin Ortega also elevated to the game-day roster for Sunday’s game against the Chiefs, along with RB Cody Schrader.
That’s significant with Garett Bolles questionable to play for Broncos.

Packers STC Cam Achord on when team decided to go with Coleman Owen on punts:
"Saturday. Really, that was kind of the conversation. Obviously, he worked on Friday. He's worked all week. He continues to work. I think it's a fluid situation every week."

Cam Achord seems to like what he’s seen from Coleman Owen. Second-year undrafted WR returned punts here for the first time Sunday night. Achord said Owen did a “really good job.” Showed no hesitation and got vertical on his 17-yard return.

With Marvin Mims back after missing 2 games, #Broncos rookie Kolbe Katsis wasn't elevated today for SF. But he cherished vs. Rams returning 3 punts for 39 yards & 3 kickoffs for 107. “It felt surreal. It was one my childhood dreams to be out there playing. It was just awesome."

In his NFL debut, #Broncos returner Kolbe Katsis finished with 146 return yards against the Rams (39 punt/107 kick).
That was the most by a Bronco returner making his NFL debut in team history. How's that for an auspicious development?

#Broncos WR Pat Bryant on rookie returner Kolbe Katsis: "I was telling him earlier the more reps he gets, the more dangerous he’s going to be. Just being his first game and getting a feel for it, I feel like he did a great job.”

Sean Payton on Kolbe Katsis: "The one return was a spark for us, the punt return"

It’s here. The NFL Future Hits list 2026.
Some new rules this year…no first-round picks, and an attempt to pare a longer list down to just 15 players.
As always, phenomenal insight from scouts, executives and other evaluators!

I'm pulling for each one of these UDFAs tonight. Might be one of the few years that a UDFA doesn't make the roster out of camp in the last two-plus decades. If one does make it, my money is on Kolbe Katsis. But it's a stretch. Who you got?
For five undrafted Broncos, tonight could mean everything.
They've spent all summer fighting for a roster spot and they've looked good. Now they have one final game to convince Sean Payton they belong on the 53. | via @ChadNJensen
