We were excited to share Mufasa’s 24th wedding anniversary with him this morning. It was an “unrecognizable” workout. We were happy to see Ranch Hand give the HIM Hammer to Deep Wood. Had he given it to Mufasa, we never would have seen it again, unless he was giving to himself.
12 of us came together at @F3MissionForge and we became unrecognizable, according to Facebook and YouTube. Stay loyal to your workouts and most importantly stay loyal to your friends and family @F3Omaha
