Recognising the vital role of family enterprises in advancing regional economic growth, FAB honoured leading family businesses at the Top Family Business Awards during the inaugural @ForbesME Family Business Summit. Futoon Hamdan Al Mazrouei, Group Head of Personal, Business, Wealth and Privileged Client Banking Group at FAB, presented awards recognising their leadership, resilience and contributions to long-term economic prosperity, reflecting FAB’s continued support for the growth and continuity of family enterprises.

Our high-quality deposit franchise, which grew 5% year-to-date, together with broad access to global capital markets, enabled us to maintain pricing discipline in a competitive environment. The recent issuance of AED 1 billion of Digitally Native Green Notes further broadened our funding capabilities in line with our focus on financial innovation. Sustainability remains central to our strategy. We reinforced our leadership in sustainable finance with an AED 100 billion blue finance target and became the first bank in MENA to sign the UN Sustainable Blue Economy Finance Principles, reaffirming our commitment to sustainable growth. FAB delivered a strong performance for the first nine months of 2026. Group operating income increased 7% yoy to AED 29.71 billion, while profit before tax rose to 5% to AED 20.22 billion. Net profit reached AED 16.46 billion, up 3%, with Return on Tangible Equity (RoTE) at 18.6%, above the Group’s medium-term guidance of over 16%. FAB continued momentum across a leading domestic franchise and growing international footprint, with assets up 8% and 5% year-to-date in the UAE and international markets, respectively. أعلن بنك أبوظبي الأول عن تحقيق أداء قوي خلال الأشهر التسعة الأولى من عام 2026، إذ ارتفعت الإيرادات التشغيلية للمجموعة بنسبة 7% مقارنة مع الفترة ذاتها من العام الماضي لتصل إلى 29.71 مليار درهم، فيما ارتفعت الأرباح قبل الضريبة بنسبة 5% لتبلغ 20.22 مليار درهم. وبلغ صافي الأرباح 16.46 مليار درهم، محققاً زيادة بنسبة 3%، مع وصول العائد على حقوق الملكية الملموسة 18.6%، متجاوزا المستهدفات الإرشادية متوسطة المدى للمجموعة والبالغة أكثر من 16%. واصلت أعمال المجموعة تحقيق أداء إيجابي في أعمالها، مدعومة بريادتها في السوق المحلية وتوسع حضورها في الأسواق الدولية، حيث ارتفع إجمالي الأصول بنسبة 8% في دولة الإمارات و5% في الأسواق الدولية منذ بداية العام. اعرف المزيد: bit.ly/47NMF6l
