In Fort Bend ISD, inclusion means creating opportunities for every student to thrive.🌟 At Dulles MS, Cheer Coach and Special Education Teacher Shatoya Carter helped SAILS student Bella find her place on the cheer team, fostering a culture of acceptance and teamwork. This year, Bella’s joy has inspired two more SAILS students to join the squad! At Kempner HS, Special Education Teacher Robyn Crowson is building bridges of friendship through Best Buddies, an organization pairing students with and without disabilities. Since 2011, the program has grown to include 116 members, creating meaningful connections and an inclusive campus culture. FBISD’s Student Support Services and Special Education departments work tirelessly to ensure all students have the resources they need to succeed.
