Equilibrium has gained a lot of attention from the EOS community since launching a few months ago, and we’re happy to see them represented within our own product.

From adjusting collateralization levels to choosing the block producers on the EOS blockchain to stake with a portion of Equilibrium’s collateral, NUT holders are a central part of how the framework operates.
As NUT holders have voting rights to change the parameters that drive the entire system, it plays an important role in every step of governance.

EOSDT is useful for hedging risk, trading, online payments, and many other use cases.NUT stands for Native Utility Token, and it’s the utility currency for the Equilibrium framework.
EOSDT is an EOS-based stablecoin that enters circulation when Equilibrium users over-collateralise their digital assets. It’s pegged to the US dollar, and a series of smart contracts works to ensure this parity.
