Wow. This is HUGE. One of Hamas’s most infamous “journalists” just admitted what we’ve all known… There is NO free press in Gaza. So many of us have been trying to tell this to the world who simply refused to listen. Motaz Azaiza just said it out loud. EVERY journalist in the Strip sat in the same Hamas-run group, SMART, managed by Hamas media, including the man who ran media at the Rafah crossing. Motaz is the same guy the world’s leftist media lauded as a hero and gave him a title of Time Magazine’s Top 100 most influential people of 2024. This is the same Motaz who celebrated dead Israelis, buried footage Hamas did not want seen, and talked about Sinwar like a patron saint. He did not discover a conscience. He described the machine he worked inside. That is why the starvation script, the hospital script, and the “independent Gaza reporter” script all arrived in the same voice. Under Hamas, a journalist who stays in the Strip and keeps publishing is not a witness. He is an employee. Step off the line and the job is not the only thing you lose. The pile-ons you were told were spontaneous were NOT. A room decided the line, and the bylines followed it.

This is Taher Herzallah of American Muslims for Palestine, speaking at the People’s Conference for Palestine in Detroit in May 2024, to more than three thousand people and more than a hundred organizations. He did not talk like a man asking America for a hearing. He cautioned the room that the days ahead would not be easy, and that some of the people sitting there might not be at the next conference, because the struggle for liberation requires sacrifice and he knew they were ready to make it. A Palestinian originating from Gaza now living in America is openly calling for and saying that Palestinians living in America must and will sacrifice their lives for their cause. And we all know what he meant by sacrificing their lives. That’s what’s coming to America. That’s what’s already inside America. Then he said the line that should be played without a filter. The Palestinians who came to the United States, he told them, understood their role immediately upon arrival. The rest of the tape is the role. Speakers celebrated October 7. They called for resistance against the West. They mapped a vision for destroying America from inside America. Celine Qussiny of the Palestinian Youth Movement said the movement in North America was there to fight until victory. After the massacre, the same networks treated it as an opening to intensify hostility toward Jews and toward America, and they did it in the open with encampments, vandalism, “Death to America,” and assaults. This is not a foreign-policy disagreement imported by accident. It is a domestic project that says the war belongs in America, that arrival was an assignment, and that sacrifice inside the United States is part of the work. Play the speech. Then ask why a conference of that size was treated as campus noise instead of what the speakers called it themselves.
