Gg loves a raspy voice, so he was quite dismayed to hear of Bonnie Tyler’s passing. That lady could belt out a song with no musical accompaniment like nobody’s business. Came across this post on Gg’s feed of an account Gg follows, and was reminded of his stint in the Religion & Philosophy Forum of Mocospace how he used to frequent topics and if they were not to his liking he’d steal a pic of the post author and photoshop it on a body in a casket, and completely shut down the discussion. That was late uhm 90’s early 2000’s. Don’t think that would fly now but it sure was fun.

Got some devastating news the other night. As Gg was closing his day in prayer thanking the LORD for his aging cat (23), thanking God for getting her to this day and through it and making her last days her best days, no idea what prompted Gg to search DuckDuckGo for the oldest cat ever recorded….37, of course that number is dependent on good diet and good genes, the latter being ruled out as she can’t fit into good genes. Not really ever been a cat person, but she did outlive the beloved dog for which Gg got her for him.

While Gg is hopeful that the company will do the right thing and resolve this mess of their own making in returning that which they ruthlessly stole from an old man. One of the very first things i prayed for upon becoming a Christian was patience, to be as longsuffering with others as the LORD is with Gg. No idea why i asked the LORD to grant me that request, in retrospect Gg suspects is because he grew up in a home where none was shown and beatings were the norm. Patience didn’t just show up on Gg’s doorstep right away, instead it sent its distant cousin tribulation to guide Gg on the road to patience. Almost there. Second thing Gg prayed for and doing so to this day is for the LORD to teach Gg to forgive as Gg has been forgiven. Sometimes Gg thinks he should’ve just asked for a pony.

Darndest thing happened this morning as Gg preceded to shave his head. As lower case i, clippers in hand poked and prodded at my scalp like a disgruntled Apache, stupid clippers quit leaving Gg to look like he’d likely be accepted into Antifa. “Anything but this, LORD” i mumbled to myself as i finished getting dressed and headed out the door in search of a barber who would remedy my problem for $1.43. Very first shop Gg approached , entered and pitched his dilemma at the guy holding the clippers, removing the do-rag and exposing his badly manicured head, the dude laughed and told Gg to sit, he rapidly went to work on that thing that looked like it had been ravaged by dull blades on a zero turn mower. Refusing the generous $1.43 Gg had to his name he proceeded to tell Gg to wait as i made a bee line for the door. Digging in to one of the drawers at his station he pulled out a set of hair clippers and uttered “here”. Twas all Gg could do to keep it together as he pulled the guy towards himself and hugged him, while praying that the LORD bless Jesse for not withholding good to whom it was due when it was in the power of his hand to do so(proverbs 3:27) While that is not Gg’s life verse it has always been one that has guided Gg when doing unto others what the LORD in His kindness done for Gg.

Imagine Gg’s shock at hearing that one of the vilest people he’s ever come across on social media was arrested. The individual whose screen name is/was “rebelrider4christ” a self professed pastor and indispensable to the spread of the gospel at the Religion & Philosophy Forum on Mocospace, was/is to everyone except to himself and his equally vile significant other the very opposite of what Christ stood for. This man along with his bride vocally shamed men and women alike, rejoicing vocally at the deaths of children of the forum users. while gg is not glad that this happened , he is however hopeful that “Reb” as the forum called him has since repented and turned to Christ for salvation , and will be used mightily to lead his wife to the LORD.

Gg had a really weird something a couple years ago, wouldn’t call it an experience but more of a sighting that left Gg a bit disturbed. While doing some shopping at the Dollar Store in Millsap , Gg saw this dude wearing a tank top and shorts which is not strange at all , but his skin was gray, to this day when Gg thinks about it , it still freaks gg out.

Regarding Iran and America’s involvement, nothing will come of it. Think the extent of our involvement stops at weakening all of Iran’s proxies so that no one will come to her rescue when Turkey takes Iran out.
