It doesn’t matter how smart you are.
Or how much you know.
How many books you’ve read.
Or how many classes you’ve taken.
The only thing that matters is discipline.
Because discipline = consisting action.
Consistent action = results.
And results are what change your life.
Real history isn’t taught in schools.
When you actually dig into post WWI Germany, you find that the German People didn’t wake up one morning in 1933 and decide they were going to start down the path to destroy half the world.
It started right after WWI. For 14 years, the German People were abused by the victors (mainly France) and their own effeminate government (Weimar Republic) that allowed the political, economic, social and spiritual decline of a once great people.
Those living in this time recognized patterns in their daily lives of who were the winners and who were the losers of this new order and felt a great injustice that received no redress under any system they had at their disposal.
So when they were given a chance to right the wrongs abusing them daily, no matter how far to the other extreme it appeared, they jumped at it.
And honestly, I don’t blame them.
With continual debasement of our currency, un-affordability, unsustainable debt levels, creeping socialism, demographic and social change, public unrest, and the million small events every day that tell people that things are getting worse, not better, it’s clear that people are thinking the same thoughts as almost 100 years ago in Europe.
And we see ourselves drifting this way again.
Every day the Catholic Church does things that make me question where their true alliance lies.
U.S. bishops are opposing proposed Census Bureau rule changes for the 2030 census, arguing that excluding noncitizens without lawful permanent resident status from the apportionment count would effectively deny them recognition as persons.

If you are a Christian, you do owe your spouse sex.
1 Corinthians 7:1-5 is an explicit imperative that once married, your body is not your own but belongs to your spouse, whom you cannot reasonable deny sex to.
If you have a spouse who denies you sex, this is an offense against God’s command and should be brought to the elders of the church so that your spouse may be disciplined.
If your church refuses to, you should find a new church.
Those elders are shirking their responsibilities to maintain godly marriages.
This is why the west needs to stop all food aid to Africa and other third world nations.
They can’t feed themselves and simply overpopulate their areas on western aid, spilling over in mass migration, destabilizing wherever they go.

To be honest, I’m a little jealous of his absolute confidence while posting demonic heresy.
In layman’s terms:
The right just wants to be left alone to live their lives.
The left wants to take over everything and attempt to build their godless utopia (spoilers: it never works and it’s always a hellhole).
The right finally fights back and has to dismantle the means by which the left almost destroyed everything, i.e. the democratic institutions.
The left then claims the right is a bunch of big meanies and ruin everything.
When it’s really them that can’t leave well enough alone.
Back in 2017, I read a book called How Democracies Die. Despite being authored by two left wing professors, it's a very, very good book.
The book is about how (mostly) populist movements kill democratic systems. The overwhelming majority of the book covers how right wing movements topple democracies.
It's very well researched and cited, and I enjoyed reading it immensely.
But as I read through all the examples, I couldn't help but wonder: why in the world did these right wing movements wake up one day and decide to destroy these supposedly perfectly stable societies?
It just didn't make sense.
So after I finished the book, I made a list of ten examples in the book to research.
The first thing I found is that these right wing movements were reacting to something. That's why they're called reactionary movements. And what were they reacting to? Socialist or communist movements.
In EVERY SINGLE CASE*, the right wing movement arose in direct response to the rise of a violent socialist or communist movement.
It's an immune reaction.
In EVERY SINGLE CASE*, the socialist or communist movement had either already taken power or was threatening to and, in the latter cases, the right wing movements that took power simply beat the communists to the punch.
The Right took power before the communists did. That's it. That's literally all you need to know about why and how right wing movements take power.
That's how your vaunted democracies die. Not because right wingers wake up one day and, for no reason at all, decide to take power, but because the Far Left threatened to do it first.
What Joel Berry and James Lindsay and all the others should understand (if they don't already), is that if you want to stop the so-called "Woke Right" then the real enemy is the Woke Left.
There is no right wing immune response if there's no cancerous Far Left movement threatening to destroy their country.
There is no reactionary movement if there's nothing to react to.
Why, then, do they spend SO MUCH TIME antagonizing the populist right wing?
And why does Joel Berry keep posting these absolute dog shit takes that actually illustrate the point of his opposition? Is his IQ actually 300 instead of 30? Inquiring minds want to know.
(*One claimed exception is right-wing Imperial Japan, which did not start as an outgrowth of opposition to communism, but a reaction to the coercive influence of Western imperialism. Once the right-wing imperial system was adopted, Japan did suppress socialist and communist movement, and passed laws that effectively banned both. I don't believe Japan is an exception, but some ACKSHUALLY reply guy might bring it up, and here's your sign.)

Usually I agree with you and I’m a staunch Republican but if you take away my Social Security I’m a Democrat for the first time in my life. I spent my entire life planning for retirement with Social Security a major part of it and paid into the systems as a young person so that the older generation could have some support
