ALT The latest entry into the storied Polish Juke catalogue - is an ethereal stroll through otherworldly yet familiar spaces, beaming with both hope and solitude. The quietly introspective record strives for maximum expression, roaming through different sets of inspirations while remaining consistent in its soundscape. From heavenly yet dreary vocal harmonies of the eponymous track and the perfectly clunky rhythms of "Storm" & "Glacier Song", all the way through to the West-Coastesque basslines of "Rendition of Magnicant" & the heart-warming groove of the "For Andre" tribute, the whole album continuously finds itself in a therapeutic state of challenges & realizations. #160bpm #bass #abstract #ambient #footwork #juke #Kyoto #Japan
