🚨 Alphabet Suffers Historic Selloff as Major Technical Warning Appears
Alphabet $GOOGL got hammered today, down nearly 13% following earnings.
But look at the technical damage.
Its 50-day moving average just crossed BELOW its 200-day moving average, triggering a death cross.
Meanwhile, its 14-day RSI has plunged to 23, the lowest since June 2011.
Interestingly, Alphabet has actually rallied over the following six months after four of its last five death crosses.
The technical picture is clearly deteriorating, but the stock is also extremely oversold.
🚨 Strong GDP, but Household Purchasing Power Is Weakening
Today's economic reports tell two very different stories.
U.S. GDP grew 3.4% annualized in Q3, with private domestic demand up an impressive 4.9%.
But look at September's household numbers:
Inflation: 3.6% annually.
Real disposable income: DOWN 0.3% monthly.
Real consumer spending: Essentially flat.
Personal saving rate: Down to 3.8%.
The economy may be growing, but that doesn't mean American households are feeling better off.
🚨 A remarkable reversal from the World Bank today.
One year ago, it forecast global commodity prices would FALL 7% in 2026.
Now it expects them to RISE 23%.
That’s a 30-percentage-point reversal!
Energy prices: +32% this year.
Food prices: +10% this year, with another 7% expected in 2027.
War and supply disruptions have dramatically changed the outlook.
And ordinary families are left dealing with the consequences.

Is .si the internet domain extension for MELANIA TRUMP'S home country, Slovenia, and did registrations reportedly SURGE after Donald Trump began promoting “SI” instead of “AI”?

🚨 The Federal Reserve leaves interest rates unchanged at 3.75%–4.00%, voting 10–2.
Notably, TWO Fed officials wanted another 25-basis-point hike.
The Fed also upgraded its assessment of economic growth from "solid" to "strong," citing resilient consumer spending, robust capital investment, and strong productivity growth.
Meanwhile, inflation remains stubbornly above its 2% target.
I suspect tomorrow's PCE inflation report could be more consequential than today's widely expected decision.

💰 The Iran War's Military Bill Reaches $47.1 Billion
The Pentagon now estimates that America's illegal war against Iran has cost U.S. taxpayers at least $47.1 BILLION.
That includes $29 billion to replace expended munitions and another $6.1 billion for damaged or destroyed equipment.
And that doesn't include the ENORMOUS additional costs Americans are paying through higher fuel prices.
And the bill keeps growing...
