A real OBC-friendly govt would have fought in Supreme Court and got stay vacated. What did BJP do? 2. BJP used Court as excuse to kill 27% OBC quota: BJP came to power in March 2020. From 2020 to 2025 - 5 YEARS - BJP never got the stay vacated. Never went to Supreme Court properly.
