"Nothing will ever be more embarrassing than the time I called that client 'Mum' in a pitch. What made it worse is that we won it, and she called me her 'darling daughter' for the whole project."

Pitch: Sad Men. A 2021 spin off of Mad Men but it’s all creatives getting ideas killed, long ugly powerpoint decks, and Microsoft Teams notifications.

most embarrassing email exchange I ever had:
- Sent an email
- They replied & called me "Mautice"
- I reply with a stink about how my name is properly spelled and that it's actually really important to me
- They told me to check my 1st email
- I had misspelled my own name

Incredible evening w/ @FailBetter4 @dandad ✏️ “If everybody hides their 'failures', then each of us, individually, gets to feel that failure only ever happens to us. That's horrible. And it's not true.” - John-Paul Flintoff
