Today we celebrate the fathers who lead by example, sacrifice for their families, and help shape the next generation with strength, love, and integrity. Strong families build strong communities — and fathers play an irreplaceable role in that foundation. Happy Father’s Day!

🔌💡Just a few weeks ago, CT Democrats voted NO on saving you hundreds on your electric bill. Now rates could jump 11%. Connecticut ratepayers deserve better!

We had a great time at the 2026 CTGOP convention! We launched a caucus, partied hard, and nominated a young Republican for Governor. We're fired up to elect more YRs to the general assembly and @ryanfazio for Governor!

🐄🚜Connecticut’s farming industry needs our support now more than ever. CT Senate Republicans have been standing with farmers every step of the way. In January, as farmers faced insurmountable tax increases, we held a press conference and hosted a Farmers Forum to hear directly from these hardworking people about their experiences owning and operating farms across our state. We listened, we stood with them, and helped amplify their voices to fight for real relief. Legislation providing millions in dairy-related tax credits, grants, and a new working group dedicated to the long-term sustainability of dairy farming passed both the Senate and the House at the end of the 2026 Legislative Session. We urge Governor Lamont to sign this bill into law immediately and help the people who grow our food and support our state’s agriculture industry. Connecticut’s dairy farmers have carried this state on their backs for generations. They deserve a state that has their backs too.

CT Republicans voted to eliminate public benefits charges on your electric bills! Unfortunately, Democrats voted down this measure that would have helped make life more affordable in our state.

Connecticut residents and businesses continue to be crushed by soaring electricity costs. Since 2020, electric bills have jumped by 28%, and our state now has the second-highest energy costs in the nation. Instead of providing relief, CT Democrats continue to pile on new mandates, fees, and spending on politically favored energy policies, all paid for by YOU, the ratepayer. CT Senate Republicans are fighting back with real solutions: 💡Cut the Public Benefits Charge 💸Eliminate costly subsidies that drive bills higher ⚡️Expand reliable, affordable energy options We cannot afford more of the same. It is time for common sense policies that lower costs, strengthen our energy supply, and deliver real relief.

When the only state with higher electric bills than you is an island 5,000 miles away, you might need new energy policies. ➡ ctmirror.org/2026/03/20/ct-e…
