Lamine Yamal may not have won the Ballon d’Or, but he was awarded the Kopa Trophy for the best young player in the world and was seen praying before the ceremony started 🤲
“And they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners.” - [Qur’an 3:54]
May Allah grant Yamal continued success, keep him grounded and guide him towards what is best for him.
Ameen ❤️
🇵🇸❤️Pep Guardiola on the situation in Palestine:
“We are living through a very dark time in our history. We see girls and boys in Gaza searching for their parents among the rubble. Ask for help. Suffering from hunger. To be left alone. We watch them lose everything before they’ve even had a chance to grow up. And the hell continues, and with it, the dehumanisation of the Palestinian people. Their lives matter as much as ours. Their pain is not unfamiliar. Let’s not forget. Solidarity with Palestine cannot take a break. Neither can our responsibility…”
Pep Guardiola has been one of the voices in football unafraid to speak out about the suffering of the Palestinian people, using his platform to raise awareness and remind the world that Palestine must not be forgotten.
May Allah protect the people of Palestine, ease their suffering and grant them justice and freedom.
Ameen. 🤲❤️
