Breaking: Rick Pitino has signed a new deal with St. John’s, sources confirm to @PeteThamel.

Our weakling Horseman organizations don’t lift a finger . Hisa / Hiwu with its selective prosecution has done their job well.

Just another hurdle for trainers and owners to jump thru. It’s to the point of non sense now. We can’t train anymore. We just try not to make mistakes with Hisa in fear of being fined for some new rule they conjured up to get more of us out of the business.
