BOOM ²

So this is my starting point….. Fuck…I hate that I let myself get this bad again. I gotta stop this cycle….

Saw this while letting the dog out today. It’s the training plane they are using for the new AF1. Came over at about 4k feet. Was shocked to see a wide body that low. It’s doing runs around PIT right now.

Whale scale Thursday. Week 18 Didn’t go up. Pretty much stayed the same.

Hey all. Just a quick heads up! @ssprccollector wanted me to post this. He is stuck in Twitter jail temporarily and can’t post the last few posts for his sale until later today, but he can reply to comment on previous sales posts.

Civic duty done for the day. 2nd in line.

Our one neighbor saw me on Saturday and asked if had lost weight and told him I’m down about 25 lbs. Told me he could definitely tell. And it’s wild seeing how much I’ve lost in a physical form.

For the first time since we moved in, my wife and I are not cooking for her side of the family on Thanksgiving. We’ve gotten tired of certain members of the family coming, acting like being there is an inconvenience, and then not eating after we spent all day preparing a meal. So my wife’s friend invited us over to their place and we are accepting the invitation.

11/1/14- NS 561, an ECP equipped coal train, heads west past, at the time, the new Allegheny Teledyne Col rolling mill in Brackenridge, Pa.

So glad this weekend is over. I’ve been in agony all weekend. Hernias weren’t playing nice, and dealing with pain and swelling with another issue. Have to call a specialist in the morning on the second thing to see if I can get an appointment. And would it be out of line to ask the specialist for a referral to a surgeon to remove the offending body part that is causing all the pain? I can easily live without it with no issues.

The Steelers have 8 sacks today. The same number Jared Verse wears.

God damn, that was an efficient drive.

Up by 2 TD’s at half is great, but if you play smarter on the 2 previous FG drives, it could be 28-6.

The fade to Metcalf will never work…. Stop. It’s should have been Run, Run, Run, Run.

Grabbed donuts this morning and the owner thanked me for sending business her way. She said “Someone saw your post on Threads about the crumb cake and came up and bought a lot of stuff the next morning. And she wasn’t local. She drove a good distance get here. Thank you.” So….i guess I’m a food influencer now. lol.

I need my energy drink. I got up this morning and went to grab my black t-shirt off the floor. Imagine my shock when it had bones in it and it meowed…. It was the cat. He looked at me like “What the fuck, asshole????”

Solovyov or even Brunicke have to be an upgrade over Carlile.
