Wife was like, oof, baby pooped, your turn. So went to change him and dry as a bone. Naturally I told her it’s the worst BM I’ve ever seen

Investor Presos in O&G used to be hella long and stuffed with good info. Now they're 8 pages and one is still devoted to ESG.
Interesting tidbit from New Mexico OCD filings today:

After 13 years of marriage and 19 years together, my wife finally gave in and just sent a list of things she wants for her birthday.
Every QB in the NFC East could go down and the #Cowboys would still find a way to lose the division.
My wife was quite upset that I fed her information from the husband of our couple friend that they were having baby number 2 but I didn’t think to ask the sex. Feels like that’s the most info I’ve ever retained from a friend and she should be ecstatic
Less than 100 yds of offense. Put in the backup. Reed is washed, might as well start giving the backup experience

Hess Midstream's investor call: The contract-liability accounting nets to a small number in 2027, so the ~$900M baseline EBITDA is close to cash. Adjusted FCF of ~$575M covers a ~$415M distribution with ~$160M left over.
Leverage moves from ~3x to 3.75–4.0x because EBITDA resets lower; debt stays roughly flat. Chevron gives up ~$260M a year of HESM distributions and the GP in exchange for lower Bakken fees through 2045 and $200M.
HESM will stop publishing its Bakken minimum revenue commitments, the clearest public read on Chevron's drilling plans. The 2030 commitment gets set next year and won't be disclosed. State spud and rig data become the main check.
Chevron will divest Hess Midstream interests and DJ Basin crude-midstream assets; it estimates a USD 3–4B after-tax special-item loss at closing. via Chevron 8-K sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/… #AFELeaks
