Here one woman was abused for thirty years in Norfolk. The Rodney Johnston conviction was reported by @EDP24 only - no national MSM reporting. His victim wasn't drugged. Johnston coerced, humiliated, threatened and intimidated her for 30 years of abuse. He filmed and photographed the men who raped and abused her. He was jailed in January for life to serve a minimum of 16 years for the abuse in Norwich, Thetford Forest & further afield. Johnston allegedly worked caring for adults with learning difficulties - so we have questions about that. It will not fall on deaf ears and of course I can keep things civilised. I’m not a trans activist who sends death threats to women for engaging in this debate so you can rest easy. Also one thing you certainly can’t accuse me of is not listening to the other side on this. Educating myself is exactly why I became gender critical. Obviously I don’t expect to change your mind either but I find your argument odd and bizarrely and unnecessarily sexual ‘whips off his shirt, bulging biceps’?!?). Have you ever met a trans man? They do not present as much of a danger to women as men. They are women, quite obviously so in 99.9 per cent of cases, if not on first contact then certainly after they’ve opened their mouth for more than five seconds. The rest of your ‘argument’ is whataboutery and dismissiveness - as I said in my original tweet - about women’s concerns. Yes, the threat from men who ID as women is smaller than say, the threat of violent men in a woman’s house. This doesn’t negate the threat. They have the same offending rate as men who don’t ID as trans. Were you aware of that? When discussing this issue I will always think of the gang-rape victim I interviewed who was terrified of finding herself alone in a room - any room - with a man. I think of the Darlington nurses and Sandie Peggie. I think of Jennifer Melle. I think of my friend who encountered a naked man in her gym changing room and was too scared to say anything. I think of the vulnerable bed-bound women asking for female intimate care. I think of schoolgirls wanting private changing spaces when they are playing sport. I simply wonder why you don’t give them precedence over the ‘small minority’ of men who say they’re uncomfortable in a male space?
