After some treatment & therapy for my anxiety... I definitely want to get back to making more 'content', creating, and community. The 3 Cs. I am a family-oriented and creative sim. I yearn for the social connections and making silly lil things.

So... Ive been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. 👁💋👁👍✨️ Something I feel Ive known for a long while, but holy frick is it a relief to put a word to my mental health struggles. Im starting to get the professional help and support that I sorely need.

I just want to say that I am doing a bit better mentally today. I want to thank you all for caring about me. That is something you chose to do. I think I've said it like a millions but I will forever be grateful to the people I've met as a vtuber. I'm very blessed. 🧵↓

This past week has been hell in a hand basket for me. I feel like my mental health has tanked significantly. I dont feel very happy, safe, or stable in my mind and body. I feel very alone. It just makes me want to cry.
