Want to get customers from Reddit?
Hereโs the exact strategy that works for SaaS:
โ
Step 1: Find high-intent posts
Look for posts where people:
โข ask for โa tool for ๏ผฟโ
โข compare options / alternatives
โข describe a problem your product solves
You can find these posts via Google:
โข โbest _ redditโ
โข โ_ alternatives redditโ
โข โtool for _ redditโ
โข โhow do you _ redditโ
... and inside subreddits where your target audience hangs out.
โ
Step 2: Leave a helpful reply (no pitch)
โข answer the question first (specific steps > opinions)
โข recommend 2-3 approaches/tools (not just yours)
โข mention your product by name only (no link)
โ
Step 3: Send personalized Reddit DMs
Send DM to OP and other commenters in post asking the same (they are clearly looking for a solution)
Copy/paste template:
โHey, saw youโre ๏ผฟ (summary from post/comment). I built a tool that ๏ผฟ (tie value to their problem). Want to try it out?โ
This 3-step strategy brings me 100+ high-intent visitors every week.
It works because:
โข these posts already have demand (people are actively looking for a solution)
โข replies rank on Google and compound over ~3-8 weeks
โข DMs create immediate 1:1 conversations with buyers
If you want, I recorded a step-by-step video of my daily Reddit workflow ๐
After failing for 7 years, I finally went from $0 to $30k MRR.
Here's the advice I wish I had:
Competitors are proof people pay. Go B2B if you can: B2C acquisition is more expensive and the LTV is lower.
DM people who have the problem. Make the offer. If they say no, ask why. Get yeses before you write code.
Solve the core problem, nothing else. Then make sure users hit the value in their first session. If they have to figure it out alone, they won't.
Not a launch. A system you can repeat every week. Mine was Reddit: 10 minutes a day.
Ask why they signed up. Ask what confused them. Ask the ones who canceled why they left. The feedback you get will improve your offer like nothing else.
Visitor โ signup โ trial โ paid โ retained. Find the biggest drop-off, fix it, repeat. This step alone took me from $1k to $15k.
Only once the funnel holds, start adding new channels on top. Don't stop doing what already works.

It took me 7 years to learn this. You get it for free. Use it.
Filip Panoski retweeted
this guy had 7 years of nothing
he had a $7k/month job, a product, and $300 of MRR ..
and he just sent me a DM replying to one of my post
Filip built something very good but it was missing the last 10% that makes a product go from "good" to "great"
so we made a deal:
he builds, we advise (with Tom) and I distribute
the building took way more time than expected
we wanted to have the best infrastructure to be the best Reddit-based acquisition platform - and this is tough
and I think we made that
I am super proud of what we created with Bazzly
Filip is gonna be rich
and this is very well deserved ๐
I made $28,976 in October 2026.
Bazzly - $28,976
57% more than previous month. yet they say SaaS is dead ๐
I made $107,142 in October 2026
โญ๏ธ TrustMRR โ $42,531
๐ DataFast โ $31,103
๐ดโโ ๏ธ Ship or Die โ $18,990
๐ฅ Twitter โ $5,619
๐งโ๐ป CodeFast โ $4,134
๐ง MailCheap โ $2,050
โก๏ธ ShipFast โ $1,694
๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ Stalkr โ $290
๐ Indie Page โ $205
๐ก๏ธ ByeDispute โ $202
๐งพ Zenvoice โ $118
๐๏ธ YouTube โ $91
๐ฆ SuperShrimp โ $68
๐ฑ HabitsGarden โ $19
๐ WorkbookPDF โ $19
๐ฉ PoopUp โ $9
I added a new revenue stream with MailCheap.AI, and PoopUp is back.
Thatโs 16 revenue streams with 0 employees, 90% profit margins, and time for the gym every day.
A new personal record, I think
"this is cool" is not validation.
"yes, I want to try it" is closer.
"here's my card" is the only one that counts.
SaaS pricing, indie hacker edition:
1. free plan
2. $9 plan nobody picks
3. $29 plan with the "most popular" badge
4. enterprise, contact us
0 customers on all four

almost every day people are switching from our competitors to Bazzly.
I know how hard this niche is, and I'm incredibly proud of what we've built ๐
I built 5+ products that made $0 before Bazzly.
if I had to pick a SaaS idea again, this is the checklist:
1. a boring, growing market with competitors. "no competition" means no demand.
2. a recurring pain, not a one-time one. people pay monthly for problems that come back monthly.
3. an ICP you can consistently reach without paying.
4. 5 yeses before you write a single line of code.
I skipped this list 5 times. $0 in 7 years.
the one time I didn't: $17k MRR.
with $800 LTV and 50% trial-to-paid
this program is a money maker ๐
created an affiliate program for this rocketship
so you can jump on board and earn too ๐ธ
i will help you promote it
post, DM me, and I will push your content
post an article, and you will get x2 my support
๐ bazzly.ai/affiliate
everyone tells you growth is a traffic problem.
almost nobody tells you it's an offer problem.
I sat at $100 MRR for 6 months with the same traffic.
didn't add a channel. just improved the offer.
$1k MRR 2 months later.
more traffic to the wrong offer is just more people saying no.
it's amazing to see this!! ๐
been using @bazzly for Treasury for the past month and itโs genuinely been a game changer for me.
i use it to find old Reddit threads that rank on Google for stuff like โcopilot alternativesโ get real traffic.
itโs changed how I think about SEO, and already seeing huge results.
@FilipPanoski and @tibo_maker are smashing it ๐
