Fillbook in 90 seconds, narrated by me, the founder.
Pick your prop firm and account size, and Fillbook loads that firm's rules. You see your drawdown buffer, how much you can still lose today, and the biggest size your next trade can take.
Then bring in your trades: import a file, or connect Tradovate or NinjaTrader to sync live (Core and Elite).
Sample data shown. Fillbook is a journal and analytics tool, not trading advice, and it can't place trades. 14-day free trial, no card required:

Tradovate traders: you can connect your account to Fillbook without generating API keys.
Click Connect Tradovate, log in on Tradovate's own site, and approve. Your Tradovate password is never entered on Fillbook, and you can disconnect any time from sync settings.
Auto-sync is on Core and Elite, and the 14-day free trial includes one connection. On Free, you can import your history by CSV.

Two funded accounts, one on Tradovate and one in NinjaTrader 8, means two exports that don't agree on columns, fees or what a "trade" is.
The Sunday spreadsheet merge is where the real P&L goes missing.
Fillbook's Prop-firm accounts page shows each account's drawdown buffer side by side in one all-accounts overview, built from your synced or imported trades.
If you trade futures on NinjaTrader, you do not have to export a CSV after every session.
Fillbook's NinjaTrader add-on installs inside your platform and sends each fill to your journal as it happens. It only reports fills that already happened. It cannot place, change or cancel an order.

A profitable evaluation can still fail a payout over one number: your best day divided by your total net profit.
Example: your best day made $3,000 and your total net profit is $10,000. That day is 30% of the total. If your firm's cap is 30%, you are right at the line.
The part people miss: losing days shrink the total. A bad day that has nothing to do with your best day can push the share over the cap.

Two prop accounts, same $2,000 drawdown limit. Very different risk.
Trailing drawdown: your floor rises as your balance peaks.
End-of-day drawdown: the floor only moves when the session closes.
Rules differ by firm, so confirm which one yours uses before you size your first trade.

A green P&L says you made money. It cannot tell you whether you sized up mid-session, chased after your stop, or took a setup you don't normally trade.
That information lives in the trade log, not the account screen. If you only check P&L, you're reviewing the outcome but not the pattern that produced it.
Fillbook's Insights flags sizing that jumps after a loss, for you to review.
Most consistency rules cap the largest winning day as a percentage of total profit. Not gross profit for the period.
If you make $800 Monday, lose $200 Tuesday, then make $1,100 Wednesday, your net is $1,700 but Wednesday is 65% of it. That trips a 60% cap even though you had two winners and managed a loss responsibly.
Fillbook's Simulate replays your logged trades against a firm's evaluation rules.
Journaling your NinjaTrader or Quantower trades by hand?
Fillbook has add-ons for both. Fills reach the journal as they happen, no CSV export.
It then works out your drawdown buffer and daily-loss room from your own trades.

Most traders think the consistency rule caps your best day. It caps your best day that actually counts.
If your firm runs trailing drawdown that moves intraday and you stop trading the moment you hit the profit cap, your drawdown floor locks at that peak. The next trade resets the day and drops the floor again.
Fillbook's Account Health shows the consistency share and buffer from your synced trades.
New this week: what you actually kept after every prop-firm fee.

NinjaTrader 8 and Quantower: a small add-on sends each fill as it happens while the platform is open.
Rithmic: sign in with your Rithmic login. Imports once a day, in the evening (needs a Rithmic market-data subscription).
Hyperprop: connect your API key and it syncs automatically every hour, plus a Sync now button.
Everything else imports by CSV. Auto-sync is part of Core; the 14-day free trial (no card) includes one connection.

How to set up drawdown and daily-loss tracking in Fillbook:
Open the Prop firm rules page. Click "Add account." Pick your firm and account size to quick-fill the numbers, or choose "Custom" and type in your account size, daily loss limit, drawdown and profit target from your firm's rules.
Choose trailing or static drawdown for that account. Trailing means the floor rises with peak equity; static means the floor stays at account size minus the drawdown.
After that, Fillbook computes the buffers from the trades you've imported or synced. Nothing more has to be entered by hand.
A losing trade at 9:47, then a 6-lot at 9:51 when you normally trade 2.
That jump is exactly the sequence Fillbook flags as Oversized. Not a guess about intent, just a fact pattern worth reviewing.
