. @Wangchuk66 has shown great maturity & elevated his status in Gandhian tradition by breaking his fast & not allowing the students stir to go in the hands of anarchists - Pan-Islamists & Communists - & opposition parties bent upon derailing the Modi Govt by hook or crook. Wanchuk’s decision came soon after PM @narendramodi address to the nation stating his Govt’s resolve to set right the nation’s paper leak problem by giving most stringent punishment to leakers of examination papers by enacting a law. It will be interesting to see how this development takes the winds out of the sails of the CJP agitation which all sorts of divisive elements , who don’t believe in the indivisibility of India, & even anti-national elements are trying to hijack. This positive gesture by Wangchuk might even pave way for solving the issues that he has raised before the Central Govt in his extremely border sensitive home State - Ladakh. The ace behind-the-screen planner, HM @AmitShah , apart from of course the two interlocutors, @JPNadda & @DrJitendraSingh , must get credit for this. All in all if this imbroglio can fix the nation’s paper leak problem then it will go down as a positive chapter despite the violence it triggered. I think the punishment for exam paper leak should be from 10 years to life imprisonment looking to the stakes that are involved in these exams of the common students in the form of their careers.
BREAKING on @NDTV: Sonam Wangchuk breaks his fast. Minister JP Nadda by his side.

. @NBDwrites , when you say ‘ I’ve never understood this collective short-term memory loss. It isn’t just puzzling - it can be fatal for both the nation and its people’ , you are so aptly reminding the nation about the incomparable contribution of PM @narendramodi for Bharat. There is hardly any area in which the nation has not registered two-fold or many-fold growth under his leadership. He has helped India realise dreams that she should have realised many years back. If he sets right the following three areas then he is absolutely without any blemish & will go down as one of the greatest ever Indians on the globe. 1. Curb p0rnography which is the biggest threat to nation’s culture & character & main case of r@pe cases & crime against women & children. This can be done by enacting a strong law. 2. Stop the BJP’s obsession for horse trading of MPs & MLA for passing important legislations in Parliament & Legislative assemblies because Bharat’s collective ethics & character are more important than any legislation. 3. Show more sensitivity toward’s environment by enacting a law based on the principle that not a single tree will be cut without ample justification & breakers of the law shall be severely punished. Uttarakhand alone has recorded around 2500 landslides in the past more than one year. A beginning could be made by floating a mountain development policy for Himalayan ranges & other key hill ranges in the country. It should be based on the principle that not a single tree will be cut without justification. Even major development projects , if they are too harmful for environment, particularly in Himalayan ranges, should be reviewed. The Govt could also involve in this task genuine environment protection crusaders like Vijay Dobariya of Gujarat who has vowed to plant 100 crores trees in Gujarat in next 5 years & whose plantation survival rate is more than 95%. Another crusader is Hiba Khan ( @HibaKhan2909 ). If the PM can work with single-minded focus on these 3 main areas along with some small areas like exam leak plugging, then no one can stop him from becoming a Yugpurush.
I am always surprised when someone asks, “What exactly has Modi done?” Then I begin listing the accomplishments, and the mood invariably shifts. I’ve never understood this collective short-term memory loss. It isn’t just puzzling - it can be fatal for both the nation and its people. So today I decided to look at just one area: education. Specifically, the institutions established since 2014. Too often, we form our opinions on hearsay, emotion and sentiment rather than evidence. So let’s look at the numbers. They may well challenge what you think you know. - Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) First 67 years: 16 IITs established. Last 12 years: 7 new IITs established, taking the total to 23. Capacity expansion: 5 existing IITs expanded, adding 6,576 seats. Global footprint: Two international IIT campuses established - in Zanzibar and Abu Dhabi. - Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) First 67 years: 13 IIMs established. Last 12 years: 8 new IIMs established, taking the total to 21. Global footprint: In September 2025, IIM Ahmedabad opened its Dubai campus. - All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) First 67 years: 7 AIIMS established. Last 12 years: 16 new AIIMS established, taking the total to 23. - Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) First 67 years: 9,977 ITIs. Last 12 years: 4,705 new ITIs, taking the total to 14,682. Skill development: PM–SETU (Pradhan Mantri Skilling and Employability Transformation through Upgraded ITIs), launched in October 2025, will upgrade 1,000 Government ITIs under a hub-and-spoke model. - Universities First 67 years: 723 universities. Last 12 years: 607 new universities, taking the total to 1,330. - Colleges First 67 years: 38,500 colleges. Last 12 years: 13,500 new colleges, taking the total to 52,000. - Medical Colleges First 67 years: 431 medical colleges. Last 12 years: 387 new medical colleges, taking the total to 818. - MBBS Seats First 67 years: 51,348 seats. Last 12 years: 77,628 additional seats, taking the total to 128,976. - Postgraduate (PG) Medical Seats First 67 years: 31,185 seats. Last 12 years: 36,990 additional seats, taking the total to 68,175. - Internationalisation of Higher Education 15 foreign universities are expected to establish campuses in India.

The offense strategy will be to fund Sankalpa project of @swati_gs to a scale where it brings systemic change. Proof of concept is there. Leadership is there. Time to put all resources in making it huge.
Amazing work by @swati_gs and team. But for how long will we only play defense against the rakshasas. What’s the offense strategy: @RahulDewanV2?
