Shipped this weekend 🔥 $frUSD can now hold jr-ONyc, @ExponentFinance’s junior ONyc tranche. 📉 Backings fell below our 16.5% target: eHYUSD 13.1% PT-ONyc 12.6% 📈 jr-ONyc yields 19%, bringing $frUSD back to target + filling the reserve. 4th backing since July!

Constant yield is better than the APY chaos we live in today. Auto-rebalancing helps, but our fee model does too. Anything above our target APY helps build a reserve we can use during harder times to smooth yield. We’re also designing a pretty generous referral system. More on that soon.
