Um… what? 🥴
I've been skeptical about @DataRepublican for a while, now I've unfollowed her. Thank you for confirming.

The answer isn’t getting the right person into power.
The answer is limiting power so that the person doesn’t matter.

My prediction for next week:
-Monday: Relief bounce.
-Tuesday: Democrats win. Market dumps.
-Wednesday: Trump bombs the shit out of Iran, blames Democrats. Circuit breakers triggered.
-Thursday: WW3.
-Friday: @kevinxu says to prepare for the biggest bull run ever.

Day 2 of the assault on the Polish Constitutional Tribunal (TK).
After a full day of legal and organizational work behind the scenes of this conflict, I am returning to report on the events surrounding the forcible takeover of the Constitutional Tribunal. To begin, here is a brief summary of the last several hours.
Early this morning, the President of the Republic of Poland left the Constitutional Tribunal building. He subsequently issued a statement calling for "the restoration of legal order and the withdrawal of the coercive forces deployed to the Tribunal’s premises by the government." No clashes occurred between the police and protesters.
The usurper, who has declared herself the head of the Constitutional Tribunal, issued an order prohibiting entry into the building. Only individuals summoned by her are permitted to work inside, and they are to carry out only the tasks she assigns. The processing of new cases and incoming correspondence has effectively been halted. The intent behind this order was to ensure that only those willing to cooperate with her remain within the building.
The legitimate President of the Constitutional Tribunal issued an order designating the entire coming week as non-working time for staff, with full pay. This ensures that the Tribunal’s employees do not become hostages to this political dispute and can wait out the conflict without suffering any personal loss.
The usurper released a video claiming that the Constitutional Tribunal is operational. She has convened a general assembly of judges for Tuesday and intends to assign judicial panels, among other actions.
All judges of the Constitutional Tribunal who were elected prior to March 2026 have publicly declared their opposition to this assault on the Tribunal. The President of the Supreme Administrative Court (which oversees the legality of administrative actions) has also issued a statement condemning the authorities' actions.
Since 1:00 PM, the President of the Republic of Poland has been holding meetings with political party leaders to agree on a de-escalation strategy and a resolution to the conflict. The only individuals who declined to meet are Prime Minister Donald Tusk (Civic Coalition) and the Speaker of the Sejm (New Left)—the latter of whom could potentially replace President Nawrocki in the event of an illegal seizure of his office.
Media outlets are reporting—though this remains unconfirmed—that a military airfield in Warsaw was ordered yesterday to refuse entry to the presidential aircraft, which was returning home after the President cut short an overseas visit, and instead redirect it to an airfield several hundred kilometers from the capital. It is alleged that the military’s refusal to carry out this order allowed the President to land in Warsaw.
Peaceful protests are taking place outside the Constitutional Tribunal. No one is attempting to enter the Tribunal’s premises, and the police presence appears smaller than it was yesterday.
Over a dozen non-governmental organizations have signed a joint statement in defense of the Constitutional Tribunal. The statement, which remains open for other NGOs to sign, asserts that the rule of law exists to protect everyone, and that when it collapses, everyone is at risk.
At 8:00 PM, the President of the Republic of Poland will deliver an address to the nation.

"You can cancel an election and ban the winner from running (Romania), you can ban your opponents from ever running again (Hungary), you can threaten to ban the main opposition party and subject it to relentless investigations by the secret police (Germany), you can threaten a ban on the leading presidential candidate and make them wear an ankle monitor (France), every member of your circle can be investigated for corruption (Spain), you can try and cancel local elections because you will lose them (Britain), and you can storm the constitutional court with riot police because you want to control it (Poland).
You can just do all these things. The secret is you just have to be on the right side of the European Commission."

Ko smo se odločali za vstop v EU, si ni nihče predstavljal, da bo v kaki njeni članici in uniji nasploh mogoče brez posledic:
1. Razveljaviti predsedniške volitve (Romunija);
2. Ukiniti informativni program na nacionalni RTV (Madžarska);
3. Poslati policijo na Ustavno sodišče (Poljska);
4. Tri tedne pred volitvami poslati v zapor predsednika stranke, ki vodi v anketah (Slovenija);
5. Zasesti nacionalno RTV s policijo in zamenjati vodstvo (Poljska);
6. Prekiniti mandate vodstvu nacionalne RTV in izvesti čistko zaposlenih (Slovenija);
7. Poslati v zapor člane prejšnje vlade brez možnosti obrambe (Madžarska);
8. Podeliti skoraj milijon državljanstev ilegalnim migrantom po hitrem postopku (Španija);
9. Zapreti novo Nuklearno elektrarno in zgraditi plinovod do Rusije (Nemčija);

🚨 PARIS: There's a soldier with a RIFLE at the gates of Sacré-Cœur on Halloween night, and riot police are holding back a crowd on the steps below.
This is what France has come to.
France's own Interior Minister just ordered extra security at churches and Christian cemeteries for All Saints' Day.
His reason is that France logged 843 ANTI-CHRISTIAN ACTS last year, up 9 percent, and this year is running even higher.
Paris used to be a city where you could go to church in peace. Now it needs troops at the door.
The war on Christianity is real.
