I’m looking for lovely and collaborative classical/opera composers to work on a new project for which I’m submitting an Arts Council England application. Would be super grateful for recommendations, thank you 💜
Are there any access support workers out there with availability to work on an ACE Project Grants proposal? Would be working with me on Fridays, not super urgent. Help and RTs appreciated!

On a more serious note, I think there's actually something quite radical about taking classical music (claimed by 'high art' and guarded by mysterious rules and traditions) and centring playfulness and joy in spaces that are welcoming and chilled. #DEBUTDrag
I am SO excited about this project. #DEBUTDrag = Drag + opera + @missdavidaloca @B_F_Hamilton @LizzieJHolmes. It was great to share our fun and slightly ridiculous work last night (sung beautifully of course!) - can't wait to show more!

During lockdown @Flips_Green, @B_F_Hamilton & I met on Zoom to throw about crazy ideas that we thought could be exciting. Really wonderful to put some of that writing in front of a live audience last night!
OMG @DEBUTclassical @ShoreditchTree blew me away last night. Superb vibes in the coolest setting, presented by incredible musicians with so much passion & joy. @LizzieJHolmes really is the cleverest. I want EVERYONE to experience it debut.org.uk/blog/shoreditch…

A few snaps from our week long residency at @LighthousePoole as part of SANCTUARY, developing #DEBUTdrag with @missdavidaloca @DavidSean_F @LizzieJHolmes, Felicity Green & @B_F_Hamilton
Can you spot when Miss Davida is herself and when she's filling in for the baritone 🤣😍

Learnt so much about translating this week from @B_F_Hamilton & @Flips_Green, I’ve continued rhyming things all weekend! Thanks to @LighthousePoole for a great week, topped off with my mum, auntie & 93yr old Granny getting to meet @MissDavidaLoca! #DEBUTdrag
Hard to put into words how fun and exciting this last week has been. Turns out drag and opera make perfect partners 👠🎵 I can’t wait to share more soon! 👀 #DEBUTdrag @DEBUTclassical @LizzieJHolmes @B_F_Hamilton @DavidSean_F

I’m spending this week combining two of my favourite things - drag and opera. Super excited to be in residence @LighthousePoole with @DEBUTclassical @LizzieJHolmes @B_F_Hamilton @DavidSean_F

It is also important to realise that different people have different capacities. What feels normal and healthy for one person might push another to their limit. This is normal because we are people, not robots.
