FLIT has launched the M2i, a 13.3kg folding e-bike. The M2i is 1.2kg lighter than the M2, with a custom-engineered aluminium frame and premium components. @FlitBike's M2i is priced at £2,999; the first 10 bikes will be delivered by the end of August.

Awesome design from @FlitBike on their single arm front fork. See more at youtube.com/watch?v=wqcrcUWB… Mike Burrows (RIP) would be proud. Did any of the Flit team ever ride the @GiantBicycle Halfway? A Burrows-designed folder that had both wheels single-sided to narrow the fold.

Happy birthday to Eileen Sheridan, who is 99 today. Joining Coventry Cycling Club in 1944, Eileen went on to break just about every distance record there is, including setting the new London-Edinburgh record of 20h 11m 35s. The time was set in 1954 and is yet to be broken.
