Flowmark is live on @Morpho as a Risk Curator, operating onchain credit vaults backed by real-world assets. A Curator is the onchain asset manager within the Morpho framework, responsible for vault allocation, risk parameters, and emergency response. 36 Curators currently operate on Morpho, together overseeing more than $11.8 billion in total deposits. The leading tier is anchored by Steakhouse Financial ($1.87B), Gauntlet ($883M), and Sentora ($469M). The scale of capital these Curators manage reflects how strictly onchain liquidity selects for underwriting capability, risk frameworks, and disclosure standards. A second signal worth noting: RWA assets are moving onchain at an accelerating pace, with traditional asset managers entering the space in greater numbers. Yet across the existing Curator landscape, nearly every team has a DeFi-native or crypto-quant background. A Curator dedicated to underwriting RWA collateral remains absent. More real-world assets are arriving onchain than there are specialists prepared to underwrite them. Flowmark joins this ecosystem to occupy that gap. The team comes from traditional asset management, with experience spanning rates, credit, infrastructure, equity, and cash-equivalent instruments. We bring this discipline onchain by working from the bottom up: examining the structure, cash flows, covenants, collateral arrangements, and legal frameworks of each underlying asset, completing the underwriting and pricing work, and then translating that into observable vault parameters. In RWA credit strategies, the difficulty has never been finding yield. The difficulty is aligning the duration of underlying assets with the commitment horizons of capital, and aligning the liquidity behavior of those assets under stress with the day-to-day expectations of onchain users. Flowmark builds vaults by solving the liquidity dimension first, then optimizing for yield within that constraint. Our initial vaults focus on short-duration fixed-income exposures: trade receivables and supply chain finance pools with diversified obligors, and fixed-income funds with diversified holdings and short effective duration. Each asset goes through a multi-dimensional review covering issuer quality, counterparty risk, credit enhancement, jurisdiction, and documentation standards before inclusion. Flowmark serves DAOs, protocol treasuries, institutional allocators, and onchain users seeking RWA-backed yield within a defined risk framework.

From October 15, fGenesis, Flowmark’s first vault, is available in the Earn section of @StartaleApp. The vault currently allocates to the PGNGI+/USDC market on @Morpho, where eligible holders borrow USDC against PGNGI+, @AssetoFinance's tokenized exposure linked to the Partners Group Next Generation Infrastructure strategy. Startale users can now supply USDC to the vault directly from a self-custodial wallet. The curation framework stays the same: Flowmark continues to set market allocations and supply caps, and both remain verifiable onchain. For any credit market, the composition of the lender base shapes how the market behaves under stress. Supply to this market has so far come mainly from DeFi-native participants. A broader depositor base through Startale App should support steadier utilization and more dependable withdrawal liquidity over time.
Asseto 🤝 Startale Group We’re excited to partner with Startale Group to bring fGenesis, the first vault curated by @Flowmark_xyz, to @StartaleApp, giving its more than 100,000 monthly users direct access to a lending market backed by PGNGI+ collateral. @StartaleGroup co-develops @soneium with Sony and has worked with SBI Group on the yen stablecoin JPYSC. Within Startale App, the Earn section offers lending vaults built on @Morpho. fGenesis, now live in Startale App Earn, currently allocates to the PGNGI+/USDC market, where eligible holders borrow USDC against PGNGI+, tokenized exposure linked to the Partners Group Next Generation Infrastructure strategy. Depositors earn interest paid by borrowers, with their positions held in USDC throughout. For a tokenized private markets asset, its usefulness as collateral depends on the liquidity standing behind it. This partnership extends that liquidity to a far wider base of onchain users, and marks our first step with Startale. More on how the integration works in our blog 👇 asseto.finance/insights/asse…

Flowmark's first vault is live on @arc, from Day-1 of its public mainnet. With it, Flowmark brings onchain credit curation for real-world assets to Arc from the network's first day, and a class of collateral still rarely seen on-chain becomes usable on @Morpho: private infrastructure equity. Arc is an open Layer-1 for financial markets, with a known, geo-diverse institutional validator set and a network designed for institutional settlement. For a curation business focused on RWA credit, that is the right place to begin, close to the institutional assets and settlement rails it is meant to serve. As an independent third-party Risk Curator on Morpho, Flowmark runs its own risk screening and due diligence on every collateral asset it takes on, then translates that assessment into concrete risk parameters. Its first collateral is among the harder kinds to assess: private infrastructure equity, via the tokenized product PGNGI+, linked to Partners Group's Next Generation Infrastructure strategy. Partners Group manages over USD 186B in private markets, with more than two decades in infrastructure. Assessing collateral like this comes down to a few layers: whether the on-chain token corresponds cleanly to the underlying fund interests and holds up legally, the cash-flow and valuation basis of the underlying portfolio, and the liquidity conditions that decide how it behaves as on-chain collateral. Those judgments land on the market's risk parameters, such as liquidation thresholds and buffers. All of it runs on Morpho's design: permissionless, isolated markets with core parameters fixed at creation, where borrowing, interest, and liquidation execute by contract, and a Curator can never move user funds. A Curator's authority stays confined to allocation and caps, which keeps discretion low and risk boundaries transparent and predictable.

rTokens, @RealityFi_xyz's tokenized US equities, are going live as collateral in Flowmark-curated markets on Morpho. Backed 1:1 by real shares held with a FINRA-registered, SIPC-member broker, reserves independently verified.

Asia's on-chain liquidity depth and growing institutional appetite make it one of the most important regions for structured credit allocation. When a market has both aggressive risk-taking and institutional capital waiting on the sidelines, the gap is underwriting infrastructure. We're focused on building that bridge: consistent credit frameworks that give institutional allocators a structured path into Asian on-chain lending markets.
I wrapped 3 weeks across Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Seoul. 50+ in-person meetings with regulators, fintechs, allocators, and major institutions. A few things stood out: → Asia sits on both ends of the risk curve at once: some of the most aggressive, risk-tolerant players in crypto on one side, and highly institutional actors waiting for regulatory clarity on the other. → Demand for US financial products is real and growing. → Recent hacks rattled some players, but the appetite for onchain finance hasn't gone away. It's maturing. → There's no substitute for being in the room. Asia is the deepest onchain liquidity hub in the world right now, and we've been seriously under-investing here. That changes now.

On-chain lending has operated largely on variable rates and open terms, leaving duration undefined and cash flows difficult to schedule. Structured approaches to credit allocation have lacked the infrastructure to take hold on-chain. Midnight introduces fixed rates and fixed maturities at the protocol level while preserving Morpho Blue's isolated, permissionlessly created market architecture. For structured credit allocation, defined maturities open the door to duration management, fixed rates meaningfully improve the predictability of repayment profiles, and the gate architecture has the potential to provide a native access-control foundation for permissioned markets. This represents an important direction in the evolution of on-chain credit infrastructure, and one worth studying closely.
