ALT ANNOUNCEMENT! Following yesterday evening's briefing as Ilkley comes within Bradford Council - we don't need to spell out the rules so we will leave that to you BUT please don't get annoyed if we have to ask questions - our licence is at risk as well as our business. In order to protect our longevity we have also had to make further amendments to our hours. With immediate effect we will be opening from 4pm until 10pm, Tues & Wed and from noon until 10pm Thurs - Sun. Food served noon until 5pm Fri, Sat, Sun. Thank you so much for you're ongoing support and custom. We also can supply most of our beers in 72 pint firkins and 36 pint pins, along with hand pumps and everything you need to enjoy your favourite Wharfedale Brewery beers or our regular guest ales at home. ALT DUCK LATEST NEWS.... With immediate effect, the wearing of face coverings inside The Flying Duck is mandatory, except when seated. We will continue to take Test and Trace details, whilst also continuing our table service only policy - both of which are also now legal requirement. Finally, our doors will close at 10pm every night, with last orders being called at 9.30pm. We hope our ongoing measures will continue to keep all our valued customers and members of staff safe and thank you for your understanding and support. ALT We are recruiting! We are looking for 2 hard working part time members of staff to take on mainly weekend and early evening shifts here at The Flying Duck. Experience preferred but not essential. Plus we are looking for a cleaner to work two hours per day Tuesday to Friday with some weekends as holiday cover. We are also looking for a Quiz Master every Tuesday (from 8-10.30pm) - free supper and drinks First shifts available next weekend (19 September). Competitive rates of pay.
