@AvantiWestCoast my visually impared friend and I have just been rushed on a train at New Street for it to sit there for another couple of minutes. Thanks to your train guard for shouting that we were holding up the entire train.
My friend has burnt her hand spilling her tea in the panic. Whilst we appreciate the train has to leave on time, please be more aware. We were delayed because of the lift, barrier issues and train ticket confusion. No wonder those with disabilities prefer not to use trains.
