MLB Payrolls of the remaining teams, ranked.
Guardians: 29th
Rays: 28th
White Sox: 27th
Brewers: 19th
Dodgers: 1st
So one out of the top 5 teams left spends money, and apparently that means we need a salary cap?

Washington isn't a good team.
Penn State isn't a good team.
Wisconsin isn't a good team.
#USC MUST win these next 3 before Ohio State-Indiana. Period. No wiggle room. Non-negotiable.
Penn State might actually be a below-average team (like last year). Only raises the stakes for #USC.

USC loses last night’s game 99% of the time the last 2-3 seasons. This team battled and picked up an ugly, gritty win when they could have easily folded.
Defense won this game. They picked up the USC offense. That’s huge for the confidence of this team ✌🏻⚔️

Everybody's writing that program's obituary right now.
@joelklatt on whether we're being too critical of USC.

if we: beat Washington. beat Penn State. beat Wisconsin. that sets up a do or die game vs Ohio State.
let's fucking run it up and see what happens.
This is the most frustrating part about the loss. One play could’ve easily swung the game the other way. I guess if you’re looking for a silver lining that’s it, but I don’t see it as anything other than a missed opportunity and objective failure. #USC
Just for the record, opinion here is very much turning against Lincoln Riley. We had a slightly positive view internally coming into the season but people are not happy (including myself). However serious mid season firing talk won’t occur unless we drop 1 of the next 3. #USC
10-2 is still very much the goal. Schedule honestly looks more manageable now then it did before the season. The next 3 games have to be won though, a loss and we’re having serious conversations about a potential coaching change #USC
