Thousands of fans were unable to get tickets for the Ohio Stadium show while resale tickets appeared almost instantly at massively inflated prices on Ticketmaster itself.
Many fans spent hours in queues, dealt with errors, disappearing seats and had no real chance once general sale started.
@Ticketmaster, fans deserve transparency. How were so many tickets already unavailable before public sale? What measures were taken against bots and scalpers?
This should have been a moment for real fans, not resellers.

.@twentyonepilots the majority of seats in that stadium were bought by resellers wanting to take advantage of your fans. i have never seen a sale this abysmal for real people trying to support you :/

i hear alex hirsch say "there is only one you on the entire planet earth, there's only one person who's lived YOUR story" and i nod solemnly and tell myself "i need to work on my semi-ironic fake supernatural season again"
