I was halfway home when the bus driver suddenly asked me,
“Who is sitting behind you?”

In the reflection, I could see the seats behind me.

someone was sitting there.
I didn't turn around.
The driver suddenly locked the doors.
Then he whispered,
“Whatever happens, don't look behind you.”
My phone buzzed again.
A final message appeared:
He's sitting beside you now.
I felt someone breathe near my ear.
Then the driver slammed on the brakes.
“Don't move,” he whispered.
I could see his eyes staring at something behind me.

most projects treat merch as marketing, a shirt with a logo, no link back to the token.
this one routes it the other way. a published cut of the actual product revenue goes to Holders and active Stakers.
first release is Physical Collectible Cards, each one carrying a QR or NFC tag back to @0xhazels to prove it's real.
buying the card moves a number token holders can watch. the JPEG never did that.
cards now, figures and apparel later, same community, nothing spun off separately.
still don't know what that published cut actually looks like in practice.
