This is the moment I fell in love with motorsport. I was just a little kid sitting on the sofa watching it live, and the feeling it gave me was incomparable. To this day it’s still my favourite sporting moment ever. The full video with Italian commentary still gives me goosebumps nearly 17 years later.
Its a cracking fight between our 2 F2 world champions Piastri and Fornaroli, only 3 tenths between them and in touching distance of Leclerc, 1.8s off and 2.1s off respectively
This is kinda weak zolz ngl, imma make it more risky, i’ll rep a Piastri pfp for the rest of the season if Norris doesn't put more than 30s on him on Sunday
WRAP THIS WHOLE SHIT UP, BIN THE SPORT, STEFANO WAS RIGHT ABOUT WHAT THE FANS WANT
Replying to @ContadorSchleck
Best driver in 2025 ?
34%Russell
54%Piastri
7%Sainz
5%Gasly

"how do you feel about passing over the baton to kimi and what he's managed to achieve this year? did he have it easier, a lot harder than you did?"
lando: "i don't really care. he's winning a world championship and he's going to win the world championship. i don't think anyone really cares how you do it, honestly. they shouldn't. he's done an incredible job and i would say he's done it in a pretty incredible way. people are saying he hasn't had any tough competition this year, but that proves exactly the point that he's done such an incredible job. he's got a very, very talented teammate that he's beaten through the whole season.
no, i have nothing but respect for kimi and he's a very, very nice guy. we get along very well and i'm more than happy to pass the number one over to him. he deserves it. he's done an incredible job, especially in second year in formula one, to be the youngest world champion, all of these things that he's going to achieve. that's pretty insane. so i'm more than happy. i enjoy seeing other people have that kind of success so it's nice to see.
i know i've had a pretty horrible defensive title, but there's not much more i could have done. i feel like i've driven a very, very good season. we just haven't had the car, and that's nothing that's really in my control. so from my side, i feel like i've done my very best, and the races where i could fight against him, i feel like we've had good fights, and it's been a good season from that perspective, but more than happy to pass the number one over to him because he deserves it easily more than anyone"

You know what?
I can't come up with anything clever, so I'm just gonna make a thread on why you (and many others like you) are so unbelievably wrong.

oscar piastri is one of just 6 drivers in f1 history to drive a constructors winning car for two seasons and still not finish in the top 2 of the wdc

Right stella last chance big dawg, mexico lando's gonna cook anyway but we need those brazil upgrades to work we need p2 in the drivers standings and p3 in the constructors
andrea on upcoming upgrades: "there will be some more relatively big parts coming in brazil and then in vegas. mexico, there won't be very much, but it’s a special circuit in altitude. we will see also the behavior of the power unit and the difference it will make.
and then hopefully for the last three races, we should have the mcl40 in condition to compete for podiums and victories."
