The White House and immigration judges claim it's safe to go back to Venezuela. Yet this is what just happened to a former mayor just 48 hours after returning to Venezuela from a years-long exile. He was kidnapped by Delcy Rodriguez' forces and he's been missing since. This is where Trump wants US companies to do business.

For seven years, the UN Fact-Finding Mission (FFM) on Venezuela has:
✅ Exposed patterns of repression and identified conduct that may amount to crimes against humanity, including arbitrary detention, torture, enforced disappearance, extrajudicial killings, and sexual violence.
✅ Examined how Venezuela’s justice system has enabled these violations and perpetuated impunity.
✅ Preserved evidence and helped pursue accountability for victims who often cannot seek justice through Venezuela’s compromised courts.
A performative change in leadership does not erase the machinery of repression. This is why it’s IMPERATIVE that the UN Human Rights Council renew the FFM and allow this essential work to continue.

The killings at El Junquito did not end the state's campaign of persecution. The regime turned on the families.
After the El Junquito Massacre, relatives of the seven victims faced severe harassment and surveillance by the Maduro regime, forcing them into exile. Their courage is the reason this case is now before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.

They livestreamed their own surrender. The state executed them anyway.
In January 2018, 500 Venezuelan security forces surrounded a residence in El Junquito, Venezuela, where Oscar Pérez and six others were sheltering. Pérez, a former criminal investigations agent turned government critic, livestreamed the group's attempts to negotiate and surrender. State agents executed all seven. This is the El Junquito Massacre.
Eight years later, no one has been held accountable. This week, we're telling their story.

The United States must immediately reimpose sanctions on Delcy Rodríguez.
VÍCTOR HUGO QUERO NAVAS was kidnapped, tortured, isolated, and killed by Maduro’s evil thugs.
For 16 months, his mother Carmen searched from prison to prison looking for answers while the regime hid the horrifying truth: Víctor Hugo had been murdered and buried 9 months ago by the same thugs who held him in custody.
The brutality of the Maduro dictatorship, now led by Delcy Rodríguez, knows NO limits.
Delcy Rodríguez owes immediate answers to the people of Venezuela and to the world.
