Every journey starts with one invite β‘οΈ
Aaron brought Jayden along to his first jiu jitsu class. None of us knew what that one invite would turn into.
Jayden's story is only just getting started, and part two is coming soon π

Thank you!
Listen first, then help. Before we offer advice, a young person often just needs to be heard. This week, ask one more question, wait a little longer, and really listen to the answer. It can change everything
Few weeks into the new term and our team are right where they want to be, in schools, working alongside young people and making a real difference. Proud of this lot.
What do we do? π₯
Sometimes it isnβt easy when we work on so many different aspects of a young persons life.
New week, same promise: every child deserves to feel seen, heard and supported, not just some weeks, but every week.
However last week went for the children and young people we work with, this one is a clean slate. A little consistency goes further than we often realise.
What a week at Foundations 4 the Future! π± Big energy, great progress, and a team that keeps showing up for young people every single day. Proud doesn't even cover it. Onwards to the next one πͺ

Today we celebrated what makes us all unique as part of #AntiBullyingWeek. Wearing odd socks is a fun way to remind ourselves that it's okay to be different and that kindness, respect, and inclusion matter every day.
A Full Circle Moment π
Last Week we had the privalige of representing Foundations4TheFuture at Edmund Campion Schoolβs Year 11 mock interview day as part of a wider initiative to get year 11 students prepared for life after school.
As the morning come to an end we had one more interview to deliver and to our suprise this young man come and sat in front of us... someone our Managing Director Aaron had worked with nearly 7 years ago during his primary school journey.
It was a powerful reminder of how far a bit of early support and encouragement can go. Seeing his growth, confidence and maturity was genuinely inspiring and a testament to the brilliant work being done by the staff at Edmund Campion.
Moments like this highlight the true impact of collaboration between schools and organisations committed to helping young people prepare for their futures. π±

Weβve come to the end of our first block of cooking sessions and what an amazing time itβs been! The children have learnt so much β from chopping and seasoning to cooking up healthy, tasty vegan dishes. π±π΄
Each week theyβve grown in confidence, teamwork, and creativity β and most importantly, theyβve enjoyed every moment. π
A huge thank you to everyone who took part and supported along the way β building healthy eaters, one bite at a time! π₯β¨

At Foundations4TheFuture, we believe every child deserves the tools, confidence, and guidance to unlock their potential. Our Primary School Mentoring Programme is designed to do just that.
Through 1:1 and group mentoring, our dedicated team supports children in building:
β
Self-belief and resilience
β
Positive relationships and communication skills
β
A strong sense of aspiration for the future
By creating safe, supportive spaces, we empower young learners to explore their strengths, overcome challenges, and start shaping bright futures from an early age.
Weβre proud to see the impact this programme is having on schools, children, and communities turning potential into progress.
