If I were the Dβs, instead of pointlessly impeaching Trump a couple more times Iβd just pass my dream legislation and get Trump to sign it by titling every bill βThe Donald J. Trump is Historyβs Most Magnificent President and Should Have Won the Nobel Prize Actβ

Adding to this, a lot of leftists are chronically online and learned activism through the internet. Thats why they have the superiority attitude and purity contests with politics. Itβs not based in actual policy work or community building.

Of course.
No one cares what other people do with their lives. They only care when it negatively impacts their lives, especially their childrenβs safety & wellbeing.
Trans activists decided throw the social order upside-down, then cried victim when anyone went βhold on a secβ.

The obvious lesson to me about recent elections is that people actually really don't want to hate trans people at all. They're just also afraid of maximalist measures that might effect their own children

Trump is obviously going to veto 100% of the bills that are passed so democrats should name each bill the βTrump isnβt gayβ bill so if he doesnβt pass it heβs gay
Itβs always been the latter (with sporadic exceptions) and there was a good cohort of people who wouldβve been willing to pander to those sensibilities endlessly for the wellbeing of trans people but, frankly, activists got too literal with it and the demands became too much.
Now, people are told to accept that there is a gendered essence in every person for which there is no scientific or diagnostic test. We are expected to take every individualβs word for it and that itβs rude to question anyoneβs sincerity. If you donβt see how that erodes trustβ¦

Last night's electorate was the most favorable electorate the trans movement could ever ask for. And yet it lost on a bunch of ballot initaitives on edge issues like sports.
The sports issue is just not a winning issue for them, no matter how much they wish it were.

If this is how this issue goes in a deep blue state in the best electoral environment for democrats in 40 years stick a fork in it, its over.
I really do not want the next two years to be endless impeachment hearings and investigations. Yes, I think there should be accountability. But Dems need to govern on what they ran on: inflation, affordability, foreign wars, healthcare, immigration oversight.

Please please please do not spend the next 2 years trying to impeach trump when heβs already a sitting duck. Focus on affordability, donβt fumble 2028

If Scott Colom wins MS, with almost no national level support, it would probably be because of this most brilliant ad out of the entire campaign cycle.

I keep thinking about Amy Acton not picking up Ramaswamyβs concession call. She did not owe him the courtesy of answering her phone, and she knew it. We donβt have to take calls from our monsters. Not any of us. We donβt even have to listen to their pathetic message. We can just push delete.
