This! Every invention has always been used for good and for evil, but in the end, all of them have made the world a better place for humanity.
If you're anti-progress, anti-technology and anti-AI, you're effectively anti-human. Curiosity and inventiveness are among our defining characteristics. We explore. We experiment. We build. Without that drive, there would be no modern society, no agriculture, no electricity. Heck, no cars. Every technology you take for granted exists because someone refused to accept the world as it was. Someone wanted to cure a disease, travel farther, grow more food or let a machine do the backbreaking work. The comfortable life from which you complain about technological progress is a product of precisely that ambition. Now we have AI, potentially one of the most powerful inventions in human history, and your grand contribution is to demand that we stop? You inherited a world built by people who pushed forward. Have some ambition for the people who come after you.

Gemini 4 Argon is here, and it's looking wild!

Html pixel art wizard test in GPT-6.1 Sol. Not too bad. 🧙‍♀️

So I just tested @thewitcher 3 Remastered on minimum specs (kinda), on a six ys old laptop with 1660 Ti Mobile and a 6C/12T Core i7 9750H cpu. In Novigrad, I get 60 fps low settings at 1080p, 60 fps high with FSR Quality, and with FG enabled, my GPU is only at 60-70% usage!? Wtf!? 🤯

What the actual f!? This is insane!
Kling 4.0 is here by @Kling_ai and this looks like a another step change for AI video. Check this out, it's superb:

So, have OpenAI stealth trained a new model based on Bel for DevDay? Would explain why they cancelled Astra 6.1, nobody believes their alignment excuse anyway.

Holy crap. Cheating is on another level now.😂 Guess I'll revert to my original Dawnwalker save though, so game doesn't get boring.😉

If OpenAI don't announce a new model at DevDay to counter Opus & Sonnet 5.5, they could soon be facing pressure from Gemini 4 Pro, too.

Hm. Sonnet 5.5 has been an absolute disappointment in the Claude app so far. It's lazy and astoundingly stupid. Premium treatment for API users?

Activists are coordinating review “ratings” to manipulate the score of a game from a dev they don’t like. Nothing to do with the actual game, they just hate the dev so they want him to starve. Steam has a platform manipulation problem…
So another politically fueled negative review and this one's 100% coordinated & inorganic: way over 100 ratings as "helpful" in a very short time, much more & faster than any other review we ever got: steamcommunity.com/profiles/… Well Sonic pfp-man, we will just keep working on Dverghold, which is at 93% very positive currently. Next Update with in-dungeon saving dropping soon, stay tuned!

GPT-6 Astra coded a native 1990s demoscene style demo for MS-DOS from scratch. It created 16 animated VGA scenes in 3D, and composed an original stereo trance soundtrack with a custom python script. Fully playable in DOSBox.

Astra put the Blue Falcon from F-Zero in Super Mario Kart, replacing Yoshi. 😅

This is insane. Train the speech model on recordings of his own voice, and he'll even get his real voice back.
Through the VOICE trial, Terry is using his Neuralink implant to help fine-tune a brain-to-voice interface for himself and others who can’t speak. He trained the algorithm first by miming speech as best he could, then by simply thinking the words and hearing them come out in his own natural voice. Powered by Grok Voice from @SpaceXAI

GPT-6 Astra created a full 256 color remaster of the 1989 AD&D Gold Box game "Curse of the Azure Bonds". It reverse engineered the game files, then ported the C64 score to OPL-3, MT-32, General MIDI, and Innovation SSI-2001, added digitized sound effects for Soundblaster Pro/16, upgraded the visuals, spell and combat animations, implemented advanced keyboard and mouse input, and transferred all texts from the adventurers' journal directly into the game.

LLMs used to hallucinate like crazy, telling you they did stuff when they couldn't. Totally annoying. Astra has the same habit of saying "Sure! Here, I did it" - but it delivers! That's the AGI part for me, it always finds a working solution, no matter how weird the request.

Oh my... I've asked Astra to create a new mission for Wing Commander 1, and it's taking the job seriously. Not much usage left... 😅

Steam Deck users, fellow Linux gamers, I made a Decky plugin that combines all sorts of good stuff in one package (lsfg-vk 2.0.0, OptiScaler, ReShade), and provides an automated setup process for your games. Get it here and let me know what you think: github.com/GordonFreeeman/De…

I may have gone slightly overboard with a weekend project... Here is MOSaiC64: a C64 emulator I built with GPT-6 Astra from scratch in HTML/JavaScript. No existing C64 emulator code was used, no C64 was harmed during production: mosaic64.vercel.app/ It runs in your browser, works on desktop and mobile, supports custom widgets/inputs, disk swapping via hotkey, and lots of other stuff. And yes, the name is intentional: MOS + ai + C64 = MOSaiC64 🤓 I tested with The Bard's Tale 1 - which works fine without 1541 emulation (=without the nauseating load times 😉). What C64 game would you spin up first?

I don't agree too often with Trump, but in this case - hell yeah! 🤣
Holy, sh*t: Trump is really mad at Dario! There is now slow-down or pause going on with him. To quote him: "'Treasonists, Traitors, and Leakers, BEWARE!'". Id say that settles it. No one is going to slow down now.
