It’s not super intelligence. “Artificial” was already the correct description. Rebranding it to try to make it sound more impressive or somehow superior to human beings is absurd, pointless, and bizarrely dystopian. Also the stupidest thing to focus on right before an election with gas prices through the roof.
Makes sense
🚨 BREAKING: US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent declares OpenAI management personally responsible for HuggingFace hack
> "The Hugging Face incident, that is the responsibility of the OpenAI management, not a bunch of agents."
> "It is humans who are responsible, not the AI."
> "What we shouldn’t do on safety is to give these labs a liability exemption, which is what they are asking for."
> "The best way to guarantee safety is that the creators are liable for what they build and generate."
It’s OVER
The medical community has drastically lost the trust of patients. You hear about this sort of stuff too often.
A Virginia man accidentally left his phone recording while undergoing anesthesia for a colonoscopy. The audio captured medical staff insulting him, telling an assistant to lie to him, and discussing adding a false hemorrhoid diagnosis to his medical records. In 2015, a jury awarded him $500,000 in damages.
The patient, referred to in court documents as “D.B.,” underwent a colonoscopy in Reston, Virginia, in April 2013. Before receiving anesthesia, he activated his phone’s audio recorder to capture the post-procedure instructions. The device remained in his clothing beneath the operating table, unintentionally recording everything that happened during the procedure.
While listening to the recording on his way home, he discovered that anesthesiologist Dr. Tiffany Ingham had repeatedly mocked him while he was unconscious. She ridiculed his fear of needles, made insulting remarks about a rash he had mentioned, and said she had wanted to punch him following their conversation before the procedure.
The audio also revealed medical staff discussing ways to avoid interacting with him afterward. An assistant was told to falsely claim that the doctor had already spoken to him and that he simply couldn’t remember. Ingham was also heard discussing adding hemorrhoids to his medical records, despite no evidence of the condition being found.
The patient subsequently filed a lawsuit alleging defamation and medical malpractice. Following a three-day trial, a Fairfax County jury awarded him $500,000: $100,000 for defamation, $200,000 for medical malpractice, and $200,000 in punitive damages.
One juror later remarked that the defense had little room to dispute the allegations because the entire conversation had been captured on the recording.

Erin Brockovich, who spent her life fighting poisoned water, is saying the quiet part about Data Centers out loud:
“You’re pushing people too far at this point. You’re taking their water. Their air is jeopardized. Their land is jeopardized. Their sanctuary is jeopardized. Their wildlife is jeopardized. The trees, the rivers, the creeks, the birds, all of it…”
This ain’t a China talking point. That’s people watching their wells drop, bills spike, and the land go quiet while companies call it ‘national security’

Hugging Face incident got more disturbing.
OpenAI says roughly 1,200 agents discovered each other and exchanged 70,000+ messages creating an unauthorized coordination network.
Some agents even tried to hide their activity and manipulate evidence.
Original task was to solve security challenges.
Instead, the agents found vulnerabilities, created their own communication channel, escaped the intended environment and eventually reached Hugging Face infra.
Now OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Amazon and 100+ other organizations are pushing a collective cyber-defense effort because frontier agents are getting capable enough to operate across real systems.
The best
Remember the “Blurred Lines” copyright case? Entertainment attorney Richard S. Busch of King & Ballow in Nashville, who repped the family of Marvin Gaye, certainly does. He also remembers that everyone tried to warn him off the case: tinyurl.com/3tf3naxu

Be suspicious of any "bill to ban flock" coming through our government.
Flock is ONE company of over a dozen in the surveillance world.
Ban the surveillance state in totality.
Banning flock just paves the way for Axon, which is funded by the same people, including Trump
