AS HE DIED TO MAKE MEN HOLY, LET US LIVE TO MAKE MEN FREE!
HIS TRUTH IS MARCHING ON!

This is probably the most heartbreaking loss tonight, honestly. A-level candidate who had an extremely robust and measured platform, who laid out all of his plans and proposals on how to help everyone in the district, get walloped by a purely incompetent person with a genuine god-awful ran campaign, all because of the fucking national environment

Listening to Adam Hamilton's celebration speech, and he is leaning hard on the Bible here. It's basically another sermon
I'm glad he's not running away from God

It’s been a long, dark night. But today I hear in a new way the echoes of Scripture. Weeping endures for the night, but joy comes in the morning.
THE TRUMPET IS SOUNDING.
CHRIST HAS COME AGAIN AND THE RIGHTEOUS HAND OF JAMES
TALARICO WILL SLAY THE HARLOT AT BABYLON.
MINE EYES HAVE SEEN THE GLORY OF THE COMING OF THE LORD!
HE IS TRAMPLING UP THE VINTAGE WHERE THE GRAPES OF WRATH ARE STOR'D!

"After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb."
— Revelation 7:9
My favorite hymns:

2. Come Thou Fount
3. How Can I Keep From Singing
4. More Love, More Love
5. Love Has Come Again

"I was eyes to the blind, and feet to the lame. I was a father to the needy, and I championed the cause of the stranger.
I broke the fangs of the unrighteous, and made them drop their prey from their teeth."
— Job 29:15-17
How odd is it we leave out the rest of Paul's commentary?
He says be SUBJECT unto the state. NOT participate in the sword of it, because PAUL viewed the Roman state as fundamentally sinful.
Up until the later second century, Christians did not participate in state office.

Oh yes, because we all know how strongly Saint Paul opposed the death penalty simply because the Romans practised it.
Oh wait…no, he didn’t! He affirmed its moral validity of the death penalty.
"So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her."
— John 8:7

Manifest serious public sinners, like illegal immigrants, should be denied communion. Your quote is literally irrelevant.
