It’s been four months since I started PSBlackout and I’ve stuck to it. Haven’t bought or played a single PlayStation game during that time.
Has my opinion on Sony changed? Not one damn bit.
I’m still not giving them my money through new game purchases, digital purchases, or PS Plus. If I buy anything, it’ll be secondhand.
I’ve spent years building my PS1 collection and I’m not about to let Sony’s bullshit take away my enjoyment of those games.
I can enjoy the games I grew up with without supporting the direction the company is going. Those are two different things.
So yeah, I’m bringing PlayStation back into the mix. Doesn’t mean Sony gets a damn thing from me.
Before anyone asks Cartridge Chronicles isn’t going anywhere! I’ve learned that it’s better not to focus on just one system. I want a wide range of games and consoles to enjoy and share with everyone. There’s plenty of damn games out there to play and I’m not limiting myself to just one.

This is an awful policy. Nintendo has the opportunity to set a positive, consumer-friendly example for the rest of console gaming to follow. They've done a lot right this generation, but they should seriously reconsider this.
