The Ministry of Housing and Municipalities is inviting public feedback on its Proposed Framework for Derelict and Abandoned Properties, aimed at exploring ways to bring vacant properties back into use and expand housing opportunities for Bermudian families.
The consultation considers measures to assist property owners, resolve inheritance and ownership challenges, encourage property rehabilitation and strengthen neighbourhoods, while respecting property rights.
Your feedback matters. Residents are encouraged to review the proposed framework and share their views to help inform the way forward.
