The official attendance figures from Sunderland's game last night have come in at 7,984 - which includes the travelling away Brentford fans... To put this figure into perspective, and to get ahead of the 'it's a cup game' comments, their northern co-part Newcastle are set to bring 8,000 fans down the country tonight to Everton to watch their team play in the same round of the exact same cup.. For a club that gets a lot of stick for their poor fanbase over the past few years, they really do absolutely nothing to help themselves... 🤦🏼‍♂️
