Agenda aside, it’s time to restrict this thing to just coaches and players. No coach or player no matter how crazy will leave Mbappe out of the top 10, this is comical.
🚨 BREAKING: Three journalists have left Kylian Mbappé outside their Ballon d'Or top 10, which has cost the player approximately OVER 36 points. 😳

EXCL: Andy Burnham has gone further than any previous prime minister towards offering a formal apology for Britain’s role in the transatlantic slave trade ahead of a Commonwealth leaders’ summit. As he prepares to fly to the Caribbean next week, the PM said he was open to calls for an official apology on behalf of the UK and offered formal talks to those affected, including individual countries and campaign groups. Burnham gave what amounted to a personal apology, saying he wanted to share his “sorrow and regret” for the pain and suffering of millions of people, and to recognise the way the slave trade still shapes the world now. But he rejected demands for the UK to pay financial reparations for its role, maintaining the position of successive governments that British people today could not be held liable for the past, however heinous. Instead, Burnham will launch a new drive to restructure debt for the poorest Commonwealth countries – led by former PM Gordon Brown and expected to eventually include organisations like the IMF – helping them repay debt over a longer period and on better rates. theguardian.com/world/2026/o…

One of the best Hip Hop videos ever because of this.
Fun Fact: RZA met the owner of the Speed Racer cartoon while in Tokyo. He happened to be a huge fan of The Wu, so he allowed them to use any footage they wanted for it, making it the first rap anime music video on US television (s/o @iAmJeffSledge)

Barbados welcomes the UK Prime Minister’s acknowledgement of the brutality of the transatlantic slave trade, his openness to a formal apology and his offer of structured dialogue. We will engage in good faith as a member of CARICOM, while speaking plainly and respectfully about our differences on reparations. Those differences should not prevent progress on health, education, tackling poverty and inequality, and fairer debt terms for vulnerable states. The CARICOM Ten Point Plan remains our guide as we build on common ground and continue the pursuit of reparatory justice. We cannot reach our destination if we do not start the journey. Today I had to reflect and it came to my attention that we only have drugs and violence as black tv shows. We like what some black execs are doing but if that’s all you have to offer the world violent content from our culture that’s very poor
