Struggling for an upgrade request with @Cityfurnish1 from over 15 days now. Their team confirms everything over call and assures that the delivery would be scheduled but then there is no action despite paying all the rental upfront! This is an absolutely crappy customer service

Been on a 15 minute hold with @Cityfurnish1, no service requests have been addressed for over a week, I have faulty furniture and appliances which have been fully charged for and sitting in my house while I wait to connect to their customer care. Please help @neeravjain24
