Do you have an accessibility-related hotel room location request? Please open a ticket with Accessibility Services. See the image for more info! Please note: We will make every effort to accommodate requests, but they cannot be guaranteed. ow.ly/ZFYT51013lA
Common requests include quiet floors, proximity to elevators, lower floors, higher floors, proximity to other amenities. When submitting please includen passkey acknowledgement number, awarded room type (1 King, 2 Double, or 2 Queen), what you need and why it helps You do not need to share diagnosis, just enough context so we understand how to best support you. Example: "Close to the elevators due to mobility limitations," "a quiet floor for sensory/sleep needs," or "lower floor due to vertigo."

The Hyatt Centric underwent a huge makeover last year, and offers stylish and comfortable accommodations! Their onsite restaurant, CIMA, is worth checking out even if you’re not staying at the Centric. It’s only a 10 min MFF shuttle ride to the convention center.

The Spark finished their renovations earlier this year, and the rooms look great! They offer their own shuttle to the convention center (only 10 min away), and every room includes free breakfast. The onsite restaurant offers a discount to all MFF attendees, too!
