Is it #actuallyautistic to have your mood ruined by a single reaction? Someone told me to "calm down" a few hours ago and I'm still not over it. Deflated my entire outlook on the day.

Is it an #autistic trait to have sudden intense shivers? I call them cold freakouts. At first I thought it was just when it was cold but then I connected them to anxiety and stress. I have intense shivers and need to get under a blanket and calm down or I panic.

Is it an #autistic trait to make phone calls in private because you don't want others around you judging your communication style?

Q for #autists, do you ever take a personality test and struggle answering simple questions because you mask so well that you have an alternate personality that's the opposite of your true one?
